{% load static %} {% load validation_extras %} ALZLINK

ALZLINK is a web resource that provides the predicted AD-associated genes and the developed pipeline to evaluate the association of genes with AD. The prediction is made by using a systematic approach that learns the functional pattern of known AD-associated genes from a brain gene network. The association of top predicted genes with AD are validated by multiple lines of functional genomic evidence with statistical approaches. This web interface provides the three functionalities below:

1. Prediction

Prediction: Provide the predicted ranks of genes along with the multiple lines of functional genomic evidence supporting their association with AD.

2. Single gene evaluation

Single gene evaluation : Exploit and visualize the association of an individual gene with AD through both heterogeneous molecular interaction networks and AD-related traits (including CERAD, Braak and CDR).

3. Gene set evaluation

Gene set evaluation: Provide access to statistical approaches to evaluate the association of queried gene sets with AD by interrogating heterogeneous networks such as PPI, coexpression and miRNA-target binding networks.
